Scope 

At Scope, we want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items without original tags/packaging

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-requested returns/exchanges (e.g., change of mind, size or article exchange): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item received: Scope will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the customer's provided bank account. Please share accurate account details when requesting a refund to avoid delays.


5. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.


6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size
  • Colour
  • Article/style

Exchange requests follow the same 7-day window and condition requirements as returns. Customer covers shipping for exchanges unless the original item was defective or incorrect.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at the details below.
  2. Provide photo/video proof of the issue along with your order number.
  3. Once verified, Scope will arrange the return at our cost and provide a replacement or refund.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will instead follow our standard return policy.

To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
